Kori Stanton is a Colorado native who first picked up a 35mm camera at the age of 11. Trained in film and darkroom photography, by the age of 15 she was learning classical portraiture and fell in love with photographing people and storytelling. In 2006 she packed up her car and moved to Los Angeles, CA. With her extensive photo background she landed a dream job at Smashbox Studios and spent the next decade living and working in Southern California.
Kori now resides in her home town in Western Colorado. Whether she is shooting corporate headshots, portraits, fashion or a wedding; her goal is to tell a story and capture moments that might otherwise be forgotten.
